James from sfitnessplans has given me the confidence and motivation to get back in shape again. Unlike other PTs he tailored the exercises to my exact goals and explained the science behind what we were doing. That coupled with the diet plans made his personal training much more effective than anything I'd experienced before. The instructions and meal plans are easy to follow and they're always up to date with current techniques and research. They're a delight to work with and James is always helpful and patient, even when he's explained something many times before! I would never now go anywhere else for exercise or diet advice.
